To access ictoto services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You may only register one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party. You agree to immediately notify ictoto of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ictoto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
ictoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within 7 days of request. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
ictoto accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.
Users may set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours but may be decreased immediately. ictoto also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts at our discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where feasible. Standard processing time is 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday), though first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for verification purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 and the maximum is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction.
Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed if: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) there is suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these terms; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; (d) there are unresolved disputes or chargebacks associated with the account; or (e) we require additional information to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
ictoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with international standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering purposes. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

ictoto has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other users, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other attempt to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
All bets are subject to acceptance by ictoto. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected errors in odds, suspected fraudulent activity, or when accepting the bet would exceed our maximum payout limits. Once a bet is confirmed in your account betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled except in cases of obvious error.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport or game. ictoto strives to settle bets as quickly as possible after the conclusion of events, typically within minutes for major sporting events. In cases of disputed results or delayed official confirmation, settlement may be delayed until official results are confirmed. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in specific betting rules.
ictoto reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds, results, or settlements. If an obvious pricing error occurs (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), affected bets may be voided regardless of whether they have been settled. Users will be notified of any corrections, and affected winnings will be adjusted accordingly. Obvious errors include situations where the odds offered were clearly incorrect compared to market consensus at the time of bet placement.

While ictoto strives to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. ictoto shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ictoto's total liability to any user for any claims arising from the use of our services shall be limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
The ictoto platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that ictoto shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by use of any third-party content or services.
You may close your ictoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
ictoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) we suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; (c) you fail to provide requested verification documents; (d) your account has been dormant for more than 12 months; or (e) we decide to discontinue offering services to your jurisdiction. Upon termination for breach, any remaining account balance may be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and principles of fairness. By using ictoto services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of our designated dispute resolution process.
Any disputes arising from your use of ictoto services should first be addressed through our customer support team. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
